1. MOVED by J. Roach, and duly seconded, that the minutes of the March 2, 2006 meeting be accepted. VOTED in the affirmative (5-0-0).

2. MOVED by W. Heitin, and duly seconded, that $59,155 remaining from Article 9 of the 2004 Annual Town Meeting, May 4, 2004, for the asbestos removal from the Middle School for the School Committee to be reallocated to the Department of Public Works request for the demolition of the Sacred Heart Building. VOTED in the affirmative (5-0-0).
